Yesterday we got in around 8:30pm and ate a yummy dinner at Wendy's! We are staying at the Crescent City Baptist Church on mattresses that are laid out on the floor. Inside the church is really cool. They have a pole that shows the water line from how high the flood waters were. There is also a bible that they found that was open on Revelations. There is also a framed flag that was found after the storm.
Charles came on Saturday night to say hi! He talked to the group and just gave a little background, but we will get to talk to him more on Monday! Also on Saturday night a few of us went to buy food for the group, which hopefully get us through Wednesday!
